According to court records, the Alabama girl was allegedly held against her will in Pensacola, where Flores-Ardon, Martinez-Cruz, and Ardon-Martinez took turns raping her over a three-day period in January 2023. Charging documents state that all suspects in the investigation appear to be undocumented aliens, but their country of origin was not specified.

Each individual involved in the alleged trafficking faces multiple charges. Flores-Ardon is charged with human trafficking for commercial sexual activity, sexual battery, using a two-way device to facilitate a felony, child abuse without great bodily harm, and failing to report suspected child abuse. Martinez-Cruz and Ardon-Martinez face similar charges, while Martinez-Ordonez is charged with selling/transferring custody of a minor for human trafficking, selling a minor for involvement in pornography, using a two-way device to facilitate a felony, and failing to report child abuse within the home.

The events that unfolded between January 29 and January 31, 2023, in Pensacola were revealed by the 14-year-old victim. She stated that she messaged Flores-Ardon to pick her up from her home on January 29, as she knew him through her ex-boyfriend. After telling her mother, Martinez-Ordonez, that she was leaving to get food, she and Flores-Ardon drove to Elberta, Alabama, to purchase alcohol. Once they arrived at a Pensacola apartment, the girl claimed she could not remember anything except waking up without any clothing.

The victim disclosed that she believes she was sexually assaulted during her time at the apartment. She later found Flores-Ardon and they went to another apartment where Martinez-Cruz and Ardon-Martinez were present, along with two other individuals identified as “Selvin” and an “Older Guy.”

The 14-year-old requested to go home, but Flores-Ardon left and said he would return later. During this time, the girl stayed at the apartment, consuming alcohol and waking up the next morning without any clothing. On January 30, she went with Martinez-Cruz to another home where illegal narcotics were being used. Later that night, Martinez-Cruz allegedly forced the girl into a bedroom, where he and Ardon-Martinez took turns raping her while “Selvin” watched and “Older Guy” recorded the incident.

On January 31, the victim was taken back to Martinez-Cruz’s home, where she was told her mother would come to get her. During the three-day period, Flores-Ardon sent messages to Martinez-Ordonez, informing her that her daughter was being sold for $500 for the purpose of sex.

Martinez-Ordonez’s involvement in the trafficking case includes allegedly accepting payments to transport her daughter to Florida to engage in sexual activities with the suspects. Further investigation revealed that the mother had been trafficking her daughter to Pensacola for a year and receiving payments for others to have sex with the 14-year-old.

All four suspects appeared in court on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to their charges. They are currently being held in Escambia County Jail with substantial monetary bonds. The whereabouts of the 14-year-old victim are currently unknown, but she was in juvenile detention custody in Alabama at the time of the investigator’s reports.
