In a tragic turn of events, two additional teenagers have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of 17-year-old Hailey Stephens at a house party in Casa Grande. The latest arrests bring the total number of individuals apprehended in this case to nine, according to the Casa Grande Police Department.

The two boys, aged 13 and 15, were taken into custody on Saturday morning and are now facing first-degree murder charges. They join seven others, including six teenagers and an 18-year-old man, who had previously been arrested. Among the earlier detainees, three were facing murder charges, while four were charged with criminal trespassing.

The incident occurred during the early hours of November 26, when Stephens, a student at Casa Grande Union High School, was shot in the head at a vacant home where a house party was being held. Despite being rushed to the hospital in critical condition, she tragically succumbed to her injuries.

The remaining teenagers believed to be involved in the shooting include three 16-year-olds, two 17-year-olds, and one 15-year-old. The police have refrained from disclosing the identities of the underage suspects, all of whom have been booked into the Pinal County Juvenile Detention Center.

In addition to the teenagers, an 18-year-old named Jesiah Amaru Street turned himself in to the police on Wednesday night and was subsequently arrested.
