Death – Obituary – Accident and Crime News : The Malaysian authorities are currently on the lookout for two individuals following the shocking discovery of an unidentified woman’s body, which was found encased in cement and buried in the bathroom of a rental house in Klang. The Selangor police chief, Datuk Hussein Omar Khan, has identified the suspects as Ranjit Singh and Mandeep Singh, both foreigners who had previously rented the house. Additionally, a 53-year-old foreign man has also been detained in connection with the case.
The police were alerted to the incident on Sunday night, December 3rd, when a report was filed regarding the discovery of the body in the house’s bathroom. Further investigations have revealed that the house was rented by the two suspects for a period of two years, from August 2019 to October 2021. The homeowner, prior to renting out the property to another tenant, had inspected the water tank and noticed that it had been cemented.
According to Bernama, the suspects claimed that they had cemented the area to prevent rat droppings from contaminating the water tank. Unbeknownst to the homeowner, the house was subsequently rented out to another individual. The shocking truth came to light when a foreign worker repairing the roof of the house stumbled upon the corpse and immediately informed the homeowner.
Following the homeowner’s report to the police, the Selangor Fire and Rescue Department was contacted and they arrived at the scene to assist. Using specialized tools, firemen from the Port Klang Fire and Rescue Station were able to break through the cement and discover the remains of an adult female. The human remains were then handed over to the police, who will send them to Shah Alam Hospital for a post-mortem examination scheduled for Wednesday. The investigation into this gruesome incident is still ongoing.
The discovery of the body has sent shockwaves throughout the community, highlighting the importance of thorough background checks and inspections before renting out properties. The Malaysian police will continue their search for the two suspects, Ranjit Singh and Mandeep Singh, who are believed to be connected to this heinous crime.
