Hamilton police have issued arrest warrants for two individuals believed to be involved in a three-vehicle crash on Eastport Drive earlier this week. The incident occurred on Monday morning and involved a white 2024 Volkswagen SUV, a black 2010 Nissan, and a white 2015 Honda.

The crash took place near Beach Boulevard at around 8 a.m., resulting in severe, life-threatening injuries for two occupants of the Nissan. The driver of the Honda also sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

According to investigators, two individuals from the SUV fled the scene and forcibly entered a bystander’s vehicle. They then informed the driver that they were armed with a gun and directed them to drive to the Tait and Mead avenues area in Hamilton.

The suspects have been identified as a 31-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman, both from Brampton. They are now facing armed robbery charges, in addition to several others. The male suspect is also facing charges of dangerous operation causing bodily harm, fraud over $5,000, and identity fraud.

The Hamilton Police have advised the public to exercise caution as the suspects are considered armed and dangerous. If anyone comes across the suspects, they are urged to avoid approaching them and instead call 911 immediately.
