According to authorities, the accident transpired in the eastbound lanes of I-129 and involved a 2008 Toyota Camry that had been reported stolen from South Sioux City, Nebraska. The Camry, moving eastbound on the interstate, collided with the center median barricade, resulting in substantial damage.

Following the collision, two compassionate Good Samaritans stopped to offer their assistance to the driver of the stolen Camry. Tragically, as the Good Samaritans were rendering aid, another vehicle traveling eastbound crashed into the already damaged Camry and the two individuals who were selflessly helping.
