(WDAM) – A Hattiesburg resident, Tymos Davion Carter, has been taken into custody in Harrison County as part of an ongoing homicide investigation. The Biloxi Police Department reported that Carter, 27, was apprehended at his residence in Hattiesburg with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service, following his arrest by the Hattiesburg Police Department.

Following his arrest, Carter was transported to the Biloxi Police Department where he was charged with homicide in connection with the shooting death of 31-year-old Marcus Moore of Biloxi on November 10.
