Death – Obituary – Accident and Crime News : Four people, including two women, were tragically killed in a shooting incident that took place in the Salamatpura area of Lahore on Saturday night. The victims were identified as Kiran, Taiba, Abdullah, and Mehboob.

The incident occurred when the four individuals were leaving a marriage hall after attending a henna ceremony. They were targeted by the suspected killer, Salman, and his accomplices. The assailants opened fire on their car, killing all four occupants, before making their escape.

Upon receiving information about the crime, the local police rushed to the scene and initiated an investigation. The bodies of the victims were transported to a nearby hospital. Initial investigations have revealed that Salman, the main suspect, was Kiran’s former husband, from whom she divorced two years ago.

It is believed that Salman held a grudge against Kiran and her family, who had traveled from Faisalabad to Lahore to attend the henna ceremony. The accused first dragged Kiran out of the car, assaulted her, and then proceeded to shoot her, as well as her sister, brother, and father.

In response to the quadruple murder, Punjab Inspector General Dr. Usman Anwar has taken notice of the incident and requested a report from the Capital City Police Officer (CCPO). The Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Investigations has instructed the police to apprehend the fleeing suspects as soon as possible.

Two individuals who were injured in the shooting have been admitted to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Their identities remain unknown at this time.

The police have cordoned off the area and are collecting forensic evidence to assist in the identification and capture of the perpetrators. The incident has shocked and saddened the local community, and they are urging the authorities to bring the culprits to justice swiftly.

This tragic incident serves as a reminder of the importance of addressing domestic disputes and ensuring the safety and security of individuals within their own homes. The authorities must take immediate action to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future and provide support to the affected families during this difficult time.
