A woman has been apprehended and charged with residential burglary after allegedly breaking into a residence in Williamson County, Illinois.

Adeana S. Montgomery was cited by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office following an incident that occurred on December 6 at around 6:18 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to the 3000 block of Illinois Route 166 in response to a reported burglary in progress.

According to the homeowner, who was away at the time, he witnessed an individual breaking into his house through his home security cameras. Promptly, the authorities were informed and they arrived at the scene.
